Chapter 1
문의접수 & 상담
문의가 접수되면 메일 또는 유선상담을 통해 진행하고자 하는 형태의 행사에 대해 상담이 이루어집니다. 접수된 문의건의 진행의도와 진행방향을 토대로 세부적인 상담 및 미팅을 진행합니다.

Chapter 2
1차미팅 & 현장답사
1차 미팅을 통해 세부적인 행사기획의 방향을 설정하고, 행사가 진행되려는 현장을 답사합니다. 답사 과정에서는 행사의 규모에 따라 실측 측정과 동선을 체크합니다.
Chapter 3
기획서 & 견적서 작성
미팅과 답사를 토대로한 행사의 실질적인 기획방향을 서류화하고, 기획안과 견적서를 작성합니다.
Chapter 4
2차미팅 & 계약실행
작성된 기획서와 견적서를 바탕으로 조율이 필요한 부분들을 위한 2차 미팅을 진행합니다. 계약을 목적으로 진행되는 2차 미팅은 필요 내용에 따라 협의안을 도출해내고 보완점을 검토합니다.
Chapter 5
운영안작성 & 시나리오
계약이 이루어진 이후 기획내용을 토대로 하여 실제 행사가 진행되는 전체적인 운영안과 시나리오를 구성합니다. 본 과정에서는 프로그램 상세 구성과 동선들이 작성됩니다.
Chapter 6
행사진행 & 결과보고
앞서 이루어진 단계를 토대로하여 실질적인 행사가 진행됩니다. 행사 이후 진행된 내용에 따라 자료를 취합하여 진행 내용을 보고합니다.
